Mel Dominguez
President and CEO
Expertise: Corporate crisis and issues management; information technology communications; public relations, marketing and events management consulting; market intelligence/research consulting.
Skills/Experience: Mel is one of the pioneering and respected public relations practitioners in the Philippines, having more than 15 years of PR and marketing experience tucked in her belt and with particular focus on information technology (IT). A journalism graduate equipped with extensive training acquired here and abroad, her noted PR experience is marked by her lead in the launching and establishing Hewlett-Packard here in the Philippines.
Mel likewise has broad experience in consultancy, with particular know-how in handling media trainings for CEOs and top-level managers for IT and mainstream companies to help them prepare for various media interactions such as one-on-one interviews, press conferences and the like, allowing for a more comfortable relationship with the press. She also played a significant role in several crisis management situations that helped prevent sensitive issues from being overblown by media hype.
Idel Esagunde
Operations Manager/HR PR Specialist
Expertise: Human Resources; market intelligence and research consultancy; public relations, marketing and events management consulting.
Skills/Experience: Idel serves as the agency’s Human Resources and Administration Manager, primarily overseeing the agency’s human capital and strategic development.
Her 17 years of experience in HR management in the IT and manufacturing services industry compliments her playing a secondary role of an Account Manager for key IT companies, particularly in dealing with the clients’ internal PR and HR issues and crisis management, being able to view from top-level management to an employee standpoint.
Justine Agnes Bonilla
Senior Account Manager
Expertise: Corporate and marketing communications for multinational and mid-range IT companies; coordination and implementation of corporate and media-related activities; media relations crisis management; writing, editing and creatives.
Skills/Experience: Justine brings with her nine years of combined and honed experience in journalism and public relations, kicking off her career as a reporter for the ChannelWorld Philippines, a now-defunct sister publication of ComputerWorld Philippines. After her three-year media stint, she crossed over to public relations with The Partners Group, where she started out as a writer and then moved on to become an account manager, handling key IT and non-IT accounts.
Sheila Rada
Account Director
Expertise: Corporate communications and PR crisis management; information technology public relations; audio-visual production and photography.
Skills/Experience: Sheila serves as the agency’s Account Director. After her nine-year stint with the firm, she moved to publicly-listed technology company IPVG Corp where she served as Head of Corporate Communications for three years. Now back at Dominguez, she oversees the training of new PR Associates and at the same time manages several of the firm’s key accounts. She is a graduate of AB Communications from the University of the Philippines (Diliman), and lends her expertise in the field of photography and audio-visual communications.
Francis Lubag
Account Manager
Expertise: Corporate and marketing communications for multinational and mid-range IT companies; coordination and implementation of corporate and media-related activities; media relations; writing and editing.
Skills/Experience: Francis serves as the agency’s Account Manager. He started his association with the company while a student as an intern and later as a freelance writer. Graduated cum laude at the University of the Philippines-Diliman with a degree in Journalism, he has previously worked for a locally-based business magazine and is occasionally invited to conduct journalism seminars and workshops.
Eiroll Manalo
PR Associate
Expertise: Research and analyses services for large and mid-scale clients; coordination and implementation of corporate and media-related activities; media relations; writing, editing and audio and video production
Skills/Experience: Eiroll is a PR Associate for the agency. He is responsible for writing and editing of press releases. He also assists in maintaining and strengthening a good relationship between the client and the media. Eiroll is also in charge of the comprehensive and daily monitoring of news relevant to the client. He earned his AB Journalism degree at the Manila Times School of Journalism and has worked as a copywriter and web content editor for an international contact center company.
